Collection and Storage of Data

Personal data, including special category health data, is collected for the purpose of completing and processing assessments. This data will be held only for this purpose and only for as long as is necessary to deliver the assessment.

Data sharing and disclosure

Data may be shared with third parties such as educational authorities or Health and Social Care providers. This will only be done with the explicit consent of, or at the request of, the person who has been assessed.

Your Rights 

You will have the right to access all personal data that we hold, request correction of inaccurate data and object to the processing of your data at any time. You may also request deletion of your data (the right to be forgotten). All requests are acknowledged within 30 days of receipt.

Data Breaches
